Do not judge a book by its cover!!!!
Upon arriving at Don Sige, my friends and I started to second guess our decision of stopping here for a quick bite during our layover. This restaurant is located in a not so popular neighborhood and the outside of it is not very welcoming. However, please do not let this stop you. As I said to my friends, the best places are usually the "hole in a wall."
We ordered shrimp tacos, chorizo tacos and chicken tacos. Each taco ranged between $1.50-2.50 and we were able to order a variety with no minimum required. The tacos had cilantro and onions on it and were served with the traditional green or red hot sauce. They were all SOOOO GOOD! & very authentic. (We even ordered some to-go!) Our favorite was definitely the shrimp tacos.
If you have a layover in Atlanta and in need of a good/ affordable place to eat at -- less than minutes from the airport, I would highly recommend Don Sige! -

Some coworkers and I went to Don Sige for lunch. Since this is a kinda hole-in-the-wall spot, I was super excited to try it out! I'd also heard good things. We walked in and stood in line to look at the menu/order.
I ordered the steak quesadilla and a side of rice and beans with a water. My coworkers ordered various tacos. The food was reasonably priced and came out really fast. The rice and beans were typical, but good. The steak quesadilla was huge, so portions were very generous. The taste of the quesadilla was okay, but it didn't have much flavor IMO. I probably should've stuck with chicken or shrimp, or ordered the tacos because my coworkers raved that their tacos were delicious.
I definitely have to try it again and order something different. -

The food was great, liked it a lot. It is a hole in the wall, but a good one. I would certainly go again. It has all the more authentic cuts of meat that most "Americanized" Mexican food places don't offer. Like lengua, and cabeza!
And they have Horchata!
They do need to clean up their restrooms a bit to score higher from me. -

Amazing food great quality extremely clean I can't go on about how good the food is it's unbelievable I was so happy to find this restaurant.
It's basically a quick place to go Taqueria to grab tacos burritos in anything you can think of they can create!! -

This is a short review. I only had the Carne Asada tacos (traditional). They were very tasty. They cook your food to order so expect a small wait unless you call ahead. You can eat in if you wish, but I wanted to take my food with me. I was given a verde sauce, but next time want to try the red sauce as well. The verde was mild as it typically is. I speculate the red sauce may be spicer. I love spicy. The staff was friendly and there is parking in the plaza. I plan to return and try other things.
